- 1 cup Local Honey unfiltered, raw (Or Manuka Honey is even better)
- 4 Tbsp ground tumeric
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- zest of one lemon
- juice from 1 lemon
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in sealed bowl. Store in fridge until consumed.
