It’s been two weeks since we came back from the beach but my heart is still there. There is just something about the ocean that brings me to my most calm and peaceful state. It is something often indescribable, just simply felt.

I had planned to take family photos on the beach one of the nights at sunset.. and boy did I pick the perfect night 😜 A storm was rolling in and the wind had picked up just an hour before we went out.. it was literally a steady 25mph+ winds.. needless to say, I had to keep from flashing everyone on the pier, oh and them curls I tried so hard to spray looked like a tangled bee hive by the end. But the memories are what matters most & they will definitely last me a lifetime 😍

Even G was trying to fix all the flying hair 😂

needing (to-do)…. guess I need to get busy this weekend!!! 😜

wanting… my ALL TIME favorite fruits to mix together… this may not be on my meal plan but it needs to be 🙋‍♀️

loving… our new coffee maker… especially since it makes a delicious iced coffee pick me up in the afternoon ☕️ It also has a frother, and a hot and boiling water option to name a few!

👆🏽 I’m finishing up this book & it has opened my eyes even more to the epidemic of our hurried lifestyle and what it’s doing to our bodies and minds! 

👆🏽 these shorts are now a closet staple- just need them in every color! They looked soooo small out of the bag but the stretch and softness are beyond 🙌🏼

👆🏽 Just ordered and started my second ‘one line a day’. This is such an intentional way to write down special daily moments and to keep to look back on!
