1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/3cup brown sugar
1Tbsp honey
1Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1tsp smoked paprika
1tsp paprika
1tspgarlic powder
1 tspdijon mustard
salt to taste
1 tsppepper
Instructions
Add bacon and onion to a large pot and sauté over medium heat until onion has caramelized and bacon is brown. Add in garlic and heat until fragrant.
Add onion mixture into crock-pot.
Add all remaining ingredients to crock-pot. Stir well. Cook for 8-10 hours (4 on high, then the rest on low)
Notes
Alternate cooking method if no crock pot is available. You can put all ingredients in stock pot after cooking onion mixture, bring everything to a boil then reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 4-5 hours. Stirring occasionally while cooking.
