Yum-Yum Sauce

With only a few ingredients needed, this sauce is not only the Hibachi staple, but it can be used to top almost any dish you desire!

- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha
- pinch of red pepper flakes (or more depending on your spicy level)
- 2-3 tsp paprika
- 1 ½ Tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2-4 Tbsp water depends on the texture you desire- more watery or thicker
Dump all ingredients into a mason jar and shake vigorously until fully mixed!
Chill in fridge for 3-6 hours before serving. Store in fridge for up to 5 days!
ENJOY over your favorite Hibachi meal, veggies, grilled chicken, hamburgers, or whatever your heart desires. The possibilities are endless!
