FALL FRIDAY’S officially kicked off today (WooHoo) so I am bringing back a classic from last year, but don’t worry the next 7 will all be new recipes!! Also today, an amazing lighting round-up, Fall ORC kicked off so I am sharing a few of the accounts I will be watching closely over the next 8 weeks, and a few encouragements for your Friday!!

One of the first things we did after moving into our builder grade home was slowly changing out all of the standard light fixtures. We may or may not still have a lingering boob light, but in our main living spaces they are long gone.

The options are truly endless when it comes to light fixtures. So when I started thinking about lighting for the pantry renovation I knew I was going to step outside of my normal box. Designing a more enclosed room, I wanted to use something other than the brushed bronze or matte black that most of the open living spaces have. The drawer pulls and shelf brackets will be a brushed bronze/gold so I knew incorporating that into the light fixture would pull everything together perfectly.

1. I can’t wait to show you which one I picked, but for now you’ll have to settle with this amazing amazon light round up!!!

2. Today for FALL FRIDAY’S I whipped up this EXTREMELY loved pumpkin roll that made its debut last year. I used a combo of 5 different recipes to create this one and I am telling you right now it won’t stick around for long. Be prepared to make several!!!

3. Have you ever heard of the ORC? Better Homes & Gardens launches them two times a year, one in spring and one in fall. It’s where 20 featured designers are chosen to transform a space. There are hundreds of other guest participants that can also decide to join in. I’ve personally never done it but I keep telling myself one day I am going to jump ship and just do it. But until I do, I want to share a few of the accounts that I will be watching closely over these next 8 weeks!!!
